We are seeking a energetic and committed Scientist that will be responsible for supporting the team with a focus on cell process development. This individual will join a dynamic, rapidly growing, and highly collaborative team that combines significant biologic drug discovery experience with pioneering discoveries driving a novel biological platform.


  • Lead process development efforts for autologous cell therapy products

  • Support tech transfer activities with third party manufacturing vendors

  • Analyze large datasets, prepare reports and present outcome during cross functional team meetings

  • Execution of studies requiring routine cell separation from human leukopaks, their genetic modification and characterization

  • Execute analytical assays to better characterize process and formulated Drug Product

  • Analyze results, solve problems and troubleshoot analytical assays

  • Author protocols and SOPs, maintain laboratory notebook in adherence with GDP

  • Communication with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely execution of experiments 

  • Inventory management for the cross functional teams


  • BS (5+ yrs.), MS (2+ yrs.) professional laboratory experience in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or Immuno-oncology 

  • Knowledge of standard molecular biology techniques including basic transfection, PCR, gel electrophoresis, and DNA extraction

  • Experience with flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy is plus

  • Enthusiasm for science and willingness to adapt to the changing needs of a fast-paced research and development efforts

  • A strong self-starter, results oriented and attention to detail is must

  • Familiarity with standard cell processing techniques and flow cytometry

  • Ability to work with instruments with advanced automation and statistical data analysis in process development, including design of experiments (DoE)

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel

  • Ability to learn from mistakes and document it accordingly
