We are seeking a energetic and committed Scientist that will be responsible for supporting the team with a focus on cell process development. This individual will join a dynamic, rapidly growing, and highly collaborative team that combines significant biologic drug discovery experience with pioneering discoveries driving a novel biological platform.
Responsibilities

Execution of routine cell separation, preparation and molecular biology laboratory techniques and data analysis

Troubleshooting and optimizing molecular biology workflows to establish effective standard operating procedures (SOPs)
-
Organization of physical stocks and management of database records for the team
-
Communication with cross-functional teams to facilitate delivery of necessary resources
-
Diligent and timely documentation of experiments
-
Execute analytical assays to better characterize ATAK™ myeloid cells and their ability to target cancer cells.

Analyze results, solve problems and troubleshoot assays.

Author protocols and SOPs, maintain laboratory notebook records in adherence with documentation standards.
Requirements
-
BS or MS in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology or a related discipline with 3+ years professional laboratory experience, industry experience is a plus

Enthusiasm for science and willingness to adapt to the changing needs of a fast-paced research and development effort

Familiarity with standard cell processing techniques and flow cytometry

Familiarity with standard molecular biology techniques including: basic cloning, PCR, gel electrophoresis, Sanger Sequencing, and DNA extraction

Ability to work efficiently and productively in a highly dynamic, scientifically rigorous, and fast-paced environment
